Included as major responsibilities:

  • Processing all university personnel transactions affecting budget, funding, status, or personal information changes.
  • Maintaining up-to-date demographic information for university retirees and non-salaried affiliates.
  • Producing the University's annual operating budget document.
  • Identifying and developing procedures to streamline personnel and related budgetary paperwork.
  • Providing system and document training to help operating departments make maximum use of the information resource and to speed document processing.
